I suggest starting small. Practice making small changes in everyday life.Drive to work using a different route, go to a different coffee shop, choose a different nail color. Embrace taking action. And, I would suggest re-listening to the Smart Trainings in Modules 5 and 6. Realizing that even in action is a form of taking action can help. There is no such thing as neutral.So strive to strengthen your muscle – start small and things will get easier.
