I haven’t been able to set aside time every day to do this work. Can I do it once or twice a week and still get results?
Yes, you can definitely still get results…But ask yourself, “what do you make time for every day? ”Doing the work once or twice a week is of some benefit however, to realize change in your DNA takes commitment and follow through. Make time every day. You have 24 hours every day; finding 5 minutes will be doable.
